After teenager Chris (Charlie Bean) gets busted for stealing old cars, his father (Charles Taylor) has his older brother, Lance (B. Wyatt), look after him. The two start to form a tight bond, spending time together talking. However, Lance is also involved in illegal underground firearms. Despite keeping this secret, Chris gradually starts to straighten up and stay away from trouble.
