   Is Boon a good movie?

   • Stale and formulaic, this ex-hitman story is too inert to be called a thriller. Leaves us with an annoying religious redemption message, some bad acting and a contrived plot. Neal McDonough is still a compelling actor but this one was a tough slog. Boon is such a slow burn action drama that its snuffed out before it gets interesting.

   Is Boon a thriller?
