Town Center is one of the ten villages in Columbia, Maryland, United States, first occupied in 1974. The Town Center is a non-contiguous, diverse area, and the most urban-like, ranging from multi-level high density apartments, homes and office buildings to single family homes.
In each of our Columbia Town Center apartments, residents will find renovated apartments with features like stainless steel appliances, a private patio, and a full-size washer and dryer. Throughout our community, residents can take advantage of the beautiful swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, and beautiful clubhouse.
Neighborhoods. Amesbury, Banneker, Creighton’s Run, Lakefront, Vantage Point, Merriweather District and Warfield are the residential areas in Town Center. Town Center is actually a non-contiguous residential neighborhood within Columbia’s major commercial center. It contains Columbia’s most urban residential housing.
