It's a goof right in keeping with the bulk of this mostly forgotten Disney TV series, which made ill-conceived attempts to recapture the "spirit" of the old Donald Duck shorts and update Huey, Dewey, and Louie into 90s teens complete with the requisite catchphrases, hairstyles, and attitudes.
