May 4, 2021 · I want to chat with an activision agent but there are no link (i read months ago it was possible). There is no email to eventually ask information about it. So how can I talk to them and have my account back?
Dec 23, 2022 · Message them and make sure to include your Activision id as well as email and thoroughly explain the situation. I’m technically still resolving my issue but I am emailing their support and they’ve been very helpful.

Mar 17, 2021 · It only seems to appear for some of the support types - I found it by selecting my game, my platform, then 'Activision Account" and "Can't link/unlink my accounts". You'll see the chat option appear at the very bottom of the page.
