  5. Charities. Registry Reports. Effective January 1, 2024, the Registry’s official name becomes Registry of Charities and Fundraisers, previously Registry of Charitable Trusts. Updates to reflect this change are ongoing.

  6. The Registry Search Tool allows you to query the Registry’s database and verify whether a charitable organization or fundraiser has complied with the Attorney Generals registration and reporting requirements.
