It’s hard to imagine a world in which Jay Halstead isn’t part of Intelligence, but if it has to be this way, well, I’m glad he went out the way he did. It’s never easy to do the right thing, and Chicago PD Season 10 Episode 3 honed in on that.

If we are honest with ourselves and with the writers, “A Good Man” is one of the best Jay episodes we have seen in ten seasons.
