Dark Command is a death knight taunt ability.
•Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Dark Command is now learned at level 9 (was 14).
•Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 14 (was 58).
•Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer restricted to Blood.
•Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now a Blood specialization ability.
•Patch 4.3.0 (2011-11-29): Dark Command should no longer trigger effects that proc from melee attacks.
•Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed miss chance of this effect.

It also has the effect of taunting the target and interrupting spellcasting. The movement effect does not work against most raid bosses.
