Nov 28, 2022 · Heroku is introducing a set of new low-cost dyno and data plans: Eco Dynos Plan: $5 for 1000 dyno hours/month, shared across all Eco dynos in your account. Eco dynos sleep after a period of inactivity and don't consume dyno hours while sleeping.
Running 1 Hobby or Basic dyno costs roughly $0.25/day. If you use a Hobby or Basic dyno for a Review App and scale the dyno to zero (or delete the Review App) in less than a day, it would cost you less than $0.25. See Usage and Billing for more info.
