Returns. You can now return your online House of Fraser order in a few easy steps. All items must have not been used, worn, or washed and are in their original packaging and all tags attached, you have 28 days to return your order from the date it’s delivered.
In order to make a return, please first reach out to the House of Fraser Customer Service team including any images of faults in order to obtain a Returns Number, which is to be included on the returns note.
You must return your items by post to the Returns Address no later than 28 days after the day on which the items are delivered to you (or someone receives the items for you) or you collect your items from one of our stores (UK Mainland only) to change your mind and return the items back to us.
