Enter your email address, phone number or username, and we'll send you a link to get back into your account.
Request a login link from Instagram. To help us confirm that you own the account, you can request that we send a login link to your email address or phone number. To request a login link: On the login screen, tap Get help logging in.. Enter the username, email address, or phone number associated with your account, then click Send login link.
To remove an account from the login screen on your phone: Go to the login screen on the Instagram app. Tap on the top right of the screen. Tap [Your Name]. Tap Remove profile. You may be asked to save your login info. If you choose to save your login information, you won’t need to enter it the next time you log back into your account.
