There are many versions of this recipe, this one is my fave and is nut free! Makes around 40 smallish cookies. If you make the cookies teaspoon size, it makes about 65 cookies. Author: Jane Maynard. Some recipes use ground nuts, usually almonds but mine are a nut free version.
