Added a built in mod loader and API, allowing to easily create and play mods with features such as save file redirection and XML GameConfig data. There is now a settings.ini file that the game uses to load all settings, similar to Sonic Mania.
Release v1.3.2 Latest. Changelog: Added partial support for the Sonic Origins Plus version of Sonic CD. Like last time, certain features may not be fully implemented or work properly. It's recommended to run this version of the game on the RSDKv5U Decompilation instead.
