I recently read that many actors on the set of victorious were drunk while filming. I just rewatched a few episodes and I noticed it too, especially the actor of Beck has a hard time focusing and talks sloppy. Does anybody know something about this? Was it because of a bad environment on the set?

No. Jenette McCurdy said that Schneider tried to make her drink alcohol by telling her that the Victorious cast did so. To my knowledge, no cast member from Victorious has ever said that they were drunk on set, and there's been no implication of drug use at all.
