I'm sure the other Co-stars: Shirley Booth, "Hazel", and Don Defore, "George Baxter", knew. I would bet that it broke Shirley Booth's heart. She seemed to have enjoyed him so much on the show. As for DON Defore, I don't know how he reacted to Bobby's death.
