Carefully search the area where you were assembling the puzzle. Search nearby areas where the piece may have traveled. Search any guilty-looking family members, friends, or pets.

I have a Eurographics puzzle which came with an extra piece, so I know someone out there is missing one. But I’ve bought about two dozen other Eurographics puzzles — I like a lot of their designs and they’re easy to find in my part of the world — and haven’t had any other problems.
The last two Eurographic puzzles I have done have had missing pieces and duplicate pieces. Trying to contact them is onerous. They quite deliberately make it tough.
I had a Eurographics puzzle with missing pieces and I didn’t need the receipt to submit a request for a replacement. You just have to fill out this form.

5 pieces missing. Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2021. I've been known to lose a puzzle piece or two, but I know it wasn't me this time. When I finished putting the edges together and after sorting through the rest of the pieces a couple more times, I realized (3) pieces were missing.
