I was using hotmail before. Then it has become outlook. Now when I check my inbox, I cannot see any mails since 2015. I am able to send mails, and it is visible in outbox. How to get new mails in inbox? (Mails are not in any other folders too, like spam)

Feb 15, 2016 · I can access my Hotmail via my browser with no problem. I then go to Outlook and enter my credentials to set up a new account. The 'discovery' then takes place, it says I am successfully set up. Only the moment I go to see my email in Outlook it shows 'disconnected' in the bottom right of the screen and I see nothing.
