Robert Alphonse Picardo (born October 27, 1953) is an American actor. He is best known for playing the Cowboy in Innerspace, Coach Cutlip on The Wonder Years, Captain Dick Richard on the ABC series China Beach, the Doctor on Star Trek: Voyager and Richard Woolsey in the Stargate franchise.
Robert Picardo (born 27 October 1953; age 70) is the actor best known to Star Trek fans for playing The Doctor on Star Trek: Voyager. He also played the EMH creator, Dr. Lewis Zimmerman, as well as some of his other holographic creations.
In 1995, he got the role of the holographic doctor on Star Trek: Voyager (1995), where he also directed two episodes. He also got roles in The Howling (1981), Star 80 (1983), Get Crazy (1983), Oh, God!
