Goodwill At Your Door. Goodwill Columbus offers a free pick-up service to Franklin County home and businesses with large donation or down-sizing hauls. Furniture is a requirement for this service and Goodwill At Your Door requires curbside donation placement. Note: Effective March 1, 2023, Goodwill Columbus is unable to pick up from storage units.
