Mar 29, 2024 · Photoshop CS6 13.1.2 often gets referred as Photoshop CC version and not as Photoshop CS6. However, if I remember right, Adobe removed the availability of Photoshop CS6 13.1.2 even for subscribers several years ago. Adobe just makes the recent and the last major legacy subscription versions of Adobe CC available for download and installation.
There is a guide to getting PS on this sub's wiki, if you end up needing to reinstall it. I would just find another copy from a torrent site. If you reinstall windows, and your PS is on non C drive, you ahoukd be able to use it just fine.
