My Cal Poly Portal connects students, staff and faculty to campus apps and information. The Portal requires a Cal Poly username and password and Duo authentication for access.
Your portal will give you access to housing information, financial aid, monitor your student account, access email and documents and more. You will also use it to access your grades, register for classes and plan your schedule in the future.
We have compiled this information to guide you through each section of the Cal State Apply application. Within the application, you can also navigate to the blue question circle in the upper right corner for more detailed instructions. Additional resources are also available directly through Cal State Apply.
We accept applications online through Cal State Apply from Oct. 1 – Nov. 30. Review your application carefully before you submit it, as there are very few changes that can be made once you do.
