   • If anyone is a Changwon or cherry blossom expert, feel free to correct me! Today Jinhae is actually considered a neighborhood of Changwon, after it merged with Changwon and Masan in 2010. While the Japanese Navy obviously does not have a presence in Korea, the city has become the main base for the ROK Navy.
