Rain of Terror is the sixteenth episode of Diagnosis Murder's fifth season which was broadcast on January 29, 1998.
With how Jesse had put it out there as what kind of fracture that Dana's ankle was in, why was she running after killing Amy's mother, when Amanda & Mark tended to Amy after her attack is question 1. The second question is why did Amy think that it was her uncle before they had discovered he was Steve, when at that time David Coopersmith was already dead.
A spat between a girl and her boyfriend leads to an apparent murder, leaving the girl and her mother with a dead body, just as dinner guests Mark and Amanda arrive. Panic sets in, when the body disappears, the power goes out, the roads are impassable, and the attacks begin.
