- Blackbeard. With his two devil fruit powers and two types of Haki, Blackbeard is the strongest in his crew. His Gura Gura no Mi fruit creates shock waves that can wipe out entire islands.
- Kuzan Aokiji. Kuzan was ranked with his fellow admirals as the “Greatest Military Power” – that alone should tell you how strong he is. Kuzan’s devil fruit power is no joke – the Hie Hie no Mi fruit lets him create ice and even freeze the sea.

- Jesus Burgess. Jesus Burgess is the captain of the first ship of the Blackbeard Pirates, which makes him the right-hand man of Blackbeard. He is an extremely powerful fighter and after eating the Riki Riki no Mi, his strength only increased.
- Shiryu. Shiryu was the head jailer of Impel Down, but due to his tendency to kill and torture the prisoners, he was banished and imprisoned. During the Blackbeard Pirates' raid on Impel Down, Shiryu decided to side with them and eventually became a member.
- Van Augur. Van Augur is the captain of the third ship of the Blackbeard Pirates. He is usually very calm and collected, and he doesn't let emotions cloud his judgment.
Blackbeard Pirates. The small yet mighty pirate crew led by the evil pirate Marshall D. Teach, aka Blackbeard, and one of the main antagonist groups in the series. Despite their small size, they're powerful enough to take on a whole kingdom, like the Drum Kingdom (now known as the Sakura Kingdom).
