You can check your Cash Rewards balance in 3 ways: 1) Visit SearsCard.com, sign on to Account Online, and choose "Statements". 2) Find the Cash Rewards section on your monthly billing statement. 3) Call Sears Customer Service at 1-800-669-8488. When you've earned $25 in Cash Rewards, call Sears Customer Service at 1-800-669-8488.
