Foothill College Observatory. Foothill College Observatory is operated by the members of the Peninsula Astronomical Society. The observatory is open for observing FREE of charge ($3 Campus Parking fee required) every CLEAR Friday night from 9pm to 11pm, and on CLEAR Saturday mornings for solar observing from 10am until Noon.

Mar 1, 2012 · Right in the heart of the valley, a college observatory you can go to and learn a lot about astronomy and see some really interesting stuff through their telescope. On Friday nights from 9pm-11pm you can go to see things in the night sky, and on Saturday mornings from 10am-12pm you can go to see solar activity.
