The movie opens with the coming of spring and the emergence from hibernation of many forest animals, including some that do not actually hibernate, but never mind. Vincent the bear (voice by Nick Nolte ) awakens to find that his entire stash of stolen food has been -- stolen!
It's a very fun film, with lots of clever parts like the spoof heist. Several fantastic elements well set up in advance reminiscent of Toy Story. There is lots of slapstick violence against sympathetic animals - heavy coolers landing on them, getting bashed around etc.
