  8. Review by Ken Hoin ★★★★. A highlight in this film is Russ Tamblyn’s dancing scene - no joke. Glenn Ford was excellent in this and proved once again he was one of Hollywood’s most under appreciated actors of the 50s and 60s. His depiction of a tortured gunslinger was strong and the mythology of the gunslinging West was equally strong.
