  6. Feb 18, 2016 · 'The Quick Gun' is a remake of a Jim Davis film, 'Noose for a Gunman,' made just four years earlier. And Ted de Corsia plays the bad guy in both movies! The Audie Murphy version is superior in every way, but the 1960 film is quite watchable. They'd make an interesting double bill.
