  1. Anyone looking for a Psycho Cop would be better off watching the cop in Psycho, or the T2- as-cop in Terminator 2, or watching Maniac Cop and its sequels. Psycho Cop 2 surprisingly is a lot better, though.

Instead of an action-horror hybrid this is a generic shitty slasher with its closest thing to a redeeming value being the cop-themed killer, Officer Joe Vickers (played by Bobby Ray Shafer, now best known as Bob Vance of Vance Refrigeration on The Office).

  6. A devil worshipping police officer stalks a group of college kids renting a house in the woods. Psycho Cop is much more of straightforward slasher than I was expecting. Aside from the victims initially trusting the killer, they don't do much with the killer being a cop.
