My guess is you can't, PC players will be matched with other PC and Emulator users and vice versa. The only mode PC and mobile players can play together is 2v8, everything else is separated just like in Japanese and Chinese PC version.

This is not an emulator, it's native Identity V client for PC, it has many configurations made specifically for PC. And it use much less resource compared to playing IDV through other Android emulators. TL;DR: (1) Get DMM account (2) Get DMM launcher (3) Play IDV on PC via DMM launcher

Jan 26, 2019 · Update: Identity V official PC version (global) is now available + mini setup guide. Just read a post in the Identity V Reddit, you can now download a PC version of the game in the official website!
On this pc version however, I couldn't find anything regarding the queues, so it's either also with emulator and pc players only, or with the mobile users of the corresponding OS aswell. Since the queue times were pretty much like I know them from the mobile version, I'd say it's the latter.
