The entire village is free of charge. Amazing for these days. The carousel does cost a few dollars per person.

Yes. Our boys love the place. They’ve been several times now and love it every time. Christmas is also a great time to go because it’s all lit up.

Located at 6501 Deer Lake Avenue, Burnaby Village Museum is a popular outdoor historical attraction in Burnaby that’s open seasonally and usually free. The Burnaby Village Museum opens for the summer season in 2024 from May 4th to September 2nd.
You can go through each building and learn things about it from a host. They have a small restaurant that we enjoyed hot chocolate at. There is also a wonderful Christmas light display with a 12 days of Christmas theme and Scavenger Hunt. We were only able to spot 5 of the 12 days. I wish they would have given clues to help you find more of them.
