Have 10 or 20 hunter slots, and recruit hunters to fill them. ALWAYS play your lowest level hunter, whether it's a fresh recruit or level 32. You will eventually have 10 hunters all in the level 40+ range, maybe even a couple at 50 from the times you took in a level 29 and ran the gauntlet.
When you play with level 50 hunter, all exp from the match goes directly into your bloodline rank instead of the hunter, so for example 8000 exp from match goes directly into your bloodline which is pretty significant boost, but there is also the big risk of just loosing him

If you bad at this game, but you need it for achievement, you can grind it: For fresh hunter play normally until you do a successful run with gauntlet and few hunters killed. After that go into chicken mode: never run for the clue unless you 101% sure compound is empty.
