The flowers were beautiful. We were very disappointed when the flowers weren’t just delivered. The recipient received a text message to accept the flowers and schedule the delivery. Ruined the surprise of sending flowers with a very expensive day of delivery fee. Date of experience: April 25, 2024.
DO NOT ORDER. Ordered flowers online for same day delivery and now ending day 2 with no delivery. It's essentially a computerized answering service and getting a hold of someone to try and get issues resolved is impossible. On hold now for 38 min for my second call today and still no flowers.
