On the next screen, you will see the details of the selected file. Make sure to disable “Cellular Data” option on the next screen and tap on “Download” link.

Just follow these steps: Double-click the installation file for the Kiwix reader and follow the prompts to install it. Once the reader is installed, open it, and it will give you the option to “open a file” to view. Select the Wikipedia file from your flash drive and in a few seconds, it will load. Congratulations!

Download the Wikipedia Zim file archive you want. Open the Kiwix extension and go to the configure tab. Point it at the file you’ve downloaded. Read Wikipedia offline.
There are download tools. Windows software to read that data can be found here, e.g. the BzReader offline reader. The one thing this does not address is how you can edit your collection to mark entries 'done'. There is a possibility to set up your own wiki and import the data into that, so that you yourself can edit it.
