Capcom did a better job last time. SNK killed it on the handheld side of things with Match of the Millenium. But, they decided to go with the ancient Neo Geo hardware when they made SVC Chaos. I would say Capcom. But SNK should not sit on the license for so long like they did in the past.

Almost every SNK-char is toned down if not totally crap compared to their SNK counterpart. 2. The whole game plays like a streetfighter-game and you can´t even get clos to playing the game as a KOF or such.
