Anthony Mann, nascido Emil Anton Bundmann, ( San Diego, 30 de junho de 1906 — Berlim, 29 de abril de 1967) foi um actor e realizador de cinema estadunidense . Começou a sua carreira como actor em Nova Iorque, na Broadway, onde se tornou também encenador. Em 1938, mudou-se para Hollywood, onde se juntou aos estúdios de David O. Selznick.
Mann's relative success as a Broadway director attracted Hollywood's attention by the late '30s. Producer David O. Selznick hired Mann in 1938 to be a talent scout and casting director, giving Mann his first taste of film directing as the supervisor on screen tests for Gone With the Wind (1939), Rebecca (1940), and Intermezzo (1939).
