Keep in mind that the capital is only 7,000 people or so - not a "city" by most standards. There are a couple bars in town (not exactly "clubs" but there is music and dancing). Crime in the city is higher than in the south - mostly property crimes (B&E's), booze fueled domestic violence and fistfights, and drug busts.
