As Irish Metal/Celtic Metal is a more obscure subgenre of Folk Metal there aren't that many bands. The list on the Wikipedia page only has 10 entries. But you will find that quite a lot of Folk Metal bands also have a few more Irish themed songs. On band that might be interesting is Celtica -Pipes Rock!. They are a instrumental bagpipe rockband.
The blend of folk and metal instruments and styles is exceptional, even for a band that have been engaged with this style for three decades. Dratna is technically from Northern Ireland, and they're more black metal with folk elements, but definitely worth a listen. Eluveitie isn't from Ireland at all, but it's some of the best celtic folk metal I've found. Cruachan is from Dublin and pretty much exclusively celtic folk metal. Waylander Cruachan Primordial.
