Sep 5, 2020 · 3. Go Whale Watching. Victoria is an excellent place to go whale watching, and it’s probably one of the best places in Canada (tied with the St Lawrence Seaway and the east coast of Newfoundland perhaps). We went with a tour company called Eagle Wing Tours.
