Sheik is quite literally the most stressful character to play in the entire game, you either play perfectly or the game is getting even’d up. That character is Top 3 with Icies and Peach/Daisy. Having Joker be harder than Sheik is just wrong.
That being said, the Ultimate DLC characters are not NEARLY as broken as the Smash 4 DLC characters. And while Steve had a short spurt of dominance midway through last year, once people started learning the matchup the only super top player still repping him is Acola, who was a prodigy to the game before even picking up Steve.
