Use any phone to dial the toll-free international number for PlayStation’s customer support between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. PST so you can speak directly to a representative. Explain the problem or issue that you’re having so they can assist you.

I tried calling 800 345 7669 for help with my PSN but they're saying it's closed. Also tried the bot and it said customer service opens at 8am. It's almost 10am. Edit: Also I'm asking because another guy was able to get into contact but me no avail. Live Chat Opens at 8am PT, so there is still ~1hr until they open.
I have exactly the same issue. It won't allow me to use the live chat though, because apparently my account has been banned. I haven't used my account since early January, and back then it was working fine. Being in Aotearoa, there is no phone or email support option, only live chat, which I am somehow banned from using. Psn support is disgraceful.
