If you have Webroot installed with a previous subscription and purchased a new keycode, please follow the steps below to activate a new keycode. Open the Webroot program. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Enter the new keycode the Activate a New Keycode cell and click Activate. Click OK.

Open the SecureAnywhere interface (click the Webroot icon in the menu bar, then select Open Webroot SecureAnywhere from the drop-down menu). Click the gear icon next to My Account. Enter the new keycode in the keycode field and click Activate. Your new keycode will be now be activated.

Open your Webroot box. Inside is an instruction card. Insert the CD or go to www.webroot.com/secure. When prompted, enter the keycode (yellow box) on the instruction card.
