This waterfall can have a significant flow of water especially in the spring and early summer. Therefore, you may want to carry a rain jacket with you when you view the falls.

Jul 18, 2015 · Raleigh, NC4,553 contributions. Gorgeous Waterfalls. Aug 2020. Grand Portage State Park is located on the Canadian border in the extreme northeast corner of Minnesota. We visited for a hike with our dog to see the waterfalls. The border was closed so this was a far as we could go.
