If you have been prescribed an AstraZeneca medication and can't afford it, AZ&Me may be able to help. This website will guide you through a simple application process to see if you are eligible for the AZ&Me Prescription Savings Program.
Mar 18, 2024 · Starting June 1, 2024, eligible patients will pay no more than $35 per month for all AstraZeneca US inhaled respiratory medicines, including: AIRSUPRA ® (albuterol and budesonide) BEVESPI AEROSPHERE ® (glycopyrrolate and formoterol fumarate) Inhalation Aerosol.
You can also enroll yourself by contacting AstraZeneca Access 360 TM at 1-844-ASK-A360 ( 1-844-275-2360) . If you meet the program eligibility criteria, a Patient Savings Program account will be created for you.
