I had over 26k worth of windows installed by Renewal by Andersen. I will give the windows a 5 star, I will give the warranty and follow up response zero stars. I just watched a commercial about the warranty and Renewal response to issues with the windows. The statement is not true.

Jun 18, 2021 · The window nation scam was something I had to experience first hand last week. With window nation, it starts out normal when the guy just measures your windows. But then, they basically force you to sit through a 2 hour presentation.

Its services also include a 20-year limited warranty on its glass and Fibrex material, 2 year professional installation, 10-year warranty on locks, hinges and other components.
1 review. US. 2 days ago. Inferior Product: Do Not Purchase Anderson. Purchased 5'x3' picture window. 2 years in, it begins to cloud up. Finally get around to get to the warranty replacement. It's great that Anderson warranties the window but I go on to find out that the labor to replace it exceeds the window value by 25%.
