New this Fall Season: REC PLUS. Rec Plus is a supplemental skills based training program designed and coached by Tonka United staff, focused on developing the fundamentals of young soccer players.

Players join Tonka United at all different ages and stages of thier youth careers. If interetsed in Competitive program, then register for and attend tryouts (July/Aug) to be placed on a team for the upcoming year.
Please complete the registration to be placed on the waitlist. You will be contacted by Tonka United Recreation staff a week before the start of the season if we are able to get your player on a team (i.e. a spot has become available or another team is formed).
Tonka United serves all interested soccer players from age 4 through adult and for every interest level from Recreational to Elite. For the more committed player (U9-U19), there is a Competitive league.
