Originally known for his trance productions, he has moved to producing electronica and big beat music and film scores.   5. My favorite album of all time. I am a die-hard fan of "Saturday Teenage Kick" for life. However, in "Big Sounds Of The Drags", Tom Holkenborg kept his godlike touch and brought more diversity, allowing a larger range of dreaming sounds to exist. Two more things : the title is just badass and the album cover is fantastic.

  6. Tom Holkenborg was born Antonius Holkenborg in Lichtenvoorde, Netherlands on 8 December 1967. Junkie XL "officially" became a solo project when Rudeboy left the group after the "Big Sounds Of The Drags" album. In 2003 Tom moved from Amsterdam to focus on writing and composing music for video games and films.
