May 7, 2012 · I had the same problem with an eGo USB Iomega external hard drive, protected by Iomegaencryption software. I only had a virtual CD drive in the windows explorer. The drive showed up in the Windows HDD management software, but it was impossible to do anything with it.
Dec 6, 2023 · Could it be an issue with Windows 11 why the Iomega external drive is now not showing up? Old drives work fine with Windows 11. The problem is probably the hardware.
