Peter Hans Docter[1] (born October 9, 1968) is an American filmmaker and animator who has served as chief creative officer (CCO) of Pixar since 2018. [2][3] He has directed the company's animated films Monsters, Inc. (2001), Up (2009), Inside Out (2015), and Soul (2020).
